Shipping Policy

At Thread Bar Boutique, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services to ensure you receive your purchases promptly. We utilize USPS for the majority of our orders. Please review our shipping policy below:

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after they are placed.
    • Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

  2. Shipping Options:

    • We offer free economy shipping for orders over $79
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Economy shipping is a $7 for orders under $79. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is $25. Standard shipping (3-4 business days) is $15.

  3. Shipping Time:

    • Economy shipping typically takes 5-8 business days.
    • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery at an additional cost.
    • Please note we cannot control shipping provider delays and therefore will not be held responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to shipping provider

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
    • You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

  5. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently ship within the United States.
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  6. Shipping Errors or Damages:

    • If you receive a damaged item or there is an error with your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@threadbarboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  7. International Shipping:

    • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
